§ 20. Accounts.

The commission shall cause the books of account of the city to be kept in such manner as to show at all times the true condition of the respective funds of the city and the amount in each fund, the method of keeping such accounts to conform to any uniform system required by law. The city commission shall cause an audit to be made of the accounts of the city once in each year.
